Will my yard be significantly damaged during installation? We use a vibratory plow to create a slit in the ground and pull the pipe through, minimizing the damage to the lawn. In clean, stone-free soil, the slit is easily closed after installation and mends quickly. In rockier soil, it sometimes takes a little longer for the lawn to mend. Holes are only dug to place the sprinkler heads and the valve box.
